Finance for
acquiring plots under the Relocation Scheme of Delhi Government Bawana - II (Bhorgarh)
- Loan will be
given only to the regular members having good health and maximum age of the
borrower be 60 years.
- Maximum
amount of loan will be 70% of the demand i.e. 50% of cost of the plot.
- Processing
fee @ 0.75% of loan amount to be charged.
- Share money @
2.50% of the loan amount will be taken (Refundable).
- In all cases
one good surety of equal status of the borrower be taken. Preference will be
given to Government /Semi-govt. servant who will also be enrolled as regular
member. Govt. employees should not be more than 55 years of age.
- Minimum ITR
(Income Tax Returns) of the borrower for the last assessment year will be
taken as mentioned below. However, returns for the last three assessment
years will be taken.

For each loan
case Tripartite Agreement from DSIDC which will be executed between DSIDC,
Borrower and Bank. The payment order of loan amount to be deposited by Bank to
DSIDC/Authorized Bank of DSIDC on behalf of the units.
Note: Sanctioning of
loans is at the sole discretion of the Bank
